Samsung will launch the Galaxy A8+ (2018) smartphone today in India. It offers a Super AMOLED Infinity Display with high-end specifications. The device will be available exclusively on Amazon India. As teased before, the company also thought of another On series smartphone called Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime. The device is recorded on Amazon India, however there is no data about its availability and pricing.
The Galaxy On7 Prime sports a metal body with 2.5D curved glass on the front. It accompanies a 5.5-inch show with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. It has Exynos 7870 octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz. The smartphone will be available in 3GB and 4GB RAM variations with 32GB and 64GB of internal storage. There is also a MicroSD card slot for expanding the capacity furthermore up to 256GB.
In terms of Optics, the device will support a 13MP front as well as rear camera with f/1.9 aperture. But sadly only the rear camera comes accompanied by a LED flash. The On7 Prime will be powered by Android 7.1 Nougat instead of recent Android Oreo. The Galaxy On7 Prime also supports dual SIM dual standby with 4G VoLTE connectivity. The On7 Prime comes with front facing fingerprint sensor integrated on the home button.
The Device also support Samsung Pay Mini for faster mobile payments using UPI and e-wallet apps. The Power Button is placed on the right hand side while the Volume Rocker is placed on the left hand side of the device.
