A Samsung phone has passed through FCC and it is quite certain to be the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. This is because the certification published by FCC was for the model number SM-G990U. This model number has been rumored to be for the S21 FE for a long. Also, Galaxy S21 in the US has the model number SM-G991U, which makes it even more certain.
The phone also supports mmWave 5G connections which is a good news for everyone eyeing this one. It will also come with a 6.41-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate with a punch-hole selfie camera. It is also speculated that the phone will be compatible with two Samsung chargers: the EP-TA800(25W) and EP-TA845(45W). But neither of them will be included in the box. Other rumors also say that it will arrive in multiple color options and will have a molded plastic backside, though still retaining the camera island design from the Galaxy S21 series.
A phone passing through the FCC is a sign that the launch is imminent. Thus, it is possible that we can see the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE and everything that Samsung is planning with it at some point in July or early August.
