The phablet runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Samsung Experience 9.5 UI laid on top. It also comes equipped with improved Bixby 2.0 and a dedicated button to trigger Bixby. According to Samsung the Note 9 also comes with Industry leading water carbon cooling system for keeping the temperature in check.
