Realme has launched the Realme 3 smartphone in Indian market. The launch event began with the company’s CEO Madhav Sheth taking the stage. He talked up the Realme brand’s achievements as expected before the company began talking about Realme 3 specifications. The Realme 3 comes with MediaTek Helio P70 chipset and a 4,230mAh battery. Realme 3 comes with colorOS 6 based on Android 9 Pie. It has a dual rear camera setup, along with a selfie camera. The Realme 3 has a waterdrop-style notch display.
Realme 3 Specifications
The Realme 3 comes with a 6.2-inch display with an HD+ resolution (1520×720 pixels). It has a 12-nm MediaTek Helio P70 chipset coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB Storage; and 4GB of RAM, 64GB of Storage. The internal storage can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 256GB) with a dedicated memory card slot. The smartphone features colorOS 6 based on Android 9 Pie, which is a bit closer to stock Android than its predecessors. Realme 3 features a dual rear camera setup (13MP + 2MP) along with a 13MP front camera.
Realme 3 has a couple of noteworthy software features on the camera and our fav. one is Chroma Boost, which improves dynamic range when shooting backlit subject. One more feature known as NightScape is also good, it takes a long exposure shot to improve details on low-light photos.
Realme 3 price in India
The base variant with 3GB and 32GB of storage is priced at Rs. 8,999 while the 4GB RAM variant with 64GB of internal storage is priced at Rs. 10,999.
