Panasonic is making a sort off come back to the Indian smartphone market by launching two new smartphones. Today, Panasonic launches Eluga X1 and Eluga X1 Pro smartphones in India. Both the devices share same design and hardware amd comes with a stainless steel frame with a glossy finish body.
The difference between both the smartphones is in terms of RAM sizes and wireless charging. While the Eluga X1 comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, the Eluga X1 Pro offers 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage and supports wireless charging.
Both the devices sport a 6.18-inch notch display with Full HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. There is also a 2.5D curved glass laid on the top.
Under the hood, there’s a 12nm MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core processor coupled with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. Talking about the cameras, the Eluga X1 and X1 Pro sports 16MP + 5MP AI dual rear cameras and a 16MP single front camera for selfies. Panasonic also introduced AI camera features like AI auto scene detection, AI slow mode, and AI beauty mode. The users can also create their digital avatars called Facemoji with these devices.
The devices also has a rear mounted fingerprint sensor and also support IR sensor to make the face unlock function even in dark. Both devices are backed by 3,000mAh batteries that also support fast charging using the USB Type-C port.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.
Coming to the pricing, the Panasonic Eluga X1 and Eluga X1 Pro are priced at Rs 23,000 and Rs 27,000 respectively.
