A few weeks back, Motorola launched the Moto P30 Note smartphone in China. At IFA 2018 in Berlin, Motorola launched the Moto One and Moto One Power Android One smartphones. The official listing on the company’s Chinese website confirms the Moto One to be soon launched as Moto P30 Play in China and will come in White and Black color options.
It comes with a price tag of 1899 Yuan (approx $277 / Rs 19,900) and will be officially launched in the coming weeks. The Moto P30 Play sports a 5.88-inch notch display with HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM.
On the rear, the Moto P30 Play sports 13MP primary camera with f/2.0 aperture and 2MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. At front, there is an 8MP shooter with f/2.2 aperture. Both the front and rear cameras will be supporting AI portrait mode. The device will also support face unlock along with fingerprint sensor. It is backed by a 3,000mAh non-removable battery but sadly lacks fast charge.
Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 1802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz & 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.
