After so much of rumors that Vivo X20 and OnePlus 6 will get in-display fingerprint sensor, Doogee a Chinese smartphone manufacturer has launched its first phone to include an in-display fingerprint sensor named V. China-based phone maker Doogee has flaunted a few highlights of the Doogee V in a video on its official YouTube channel.

The design of Doogee V has been revealed. The company’s upcoming smartphone seems to have drawn motivation from the Apple iPhone X. Doogee V can be seen highlighting the same iPhone X like notch on the front. The front of the Doogee V includes a 6.2-inch display, which may have a Full HD+ resolution.

In the video description, Doogee named the display as a ‘Flexible Display’, however, it is not clear what this term really alludes to. At the back of the smartphone, a dual camera setup and at bottom a USB Type-C port can also be seen.

Further, the Doogee cell phone is apparently the first smartphone with an in-display fingerprint  scanner. Prior to this, we revealed that Vivo was expected to launch the first under-display fingerprint scanner with its Vivo X20 at the CES 2018 event in a joint effort with Synaptics. However, it appears like Doogee also adds its name in the list.

Besides these, there isn’t much data available about the Doogee V . Doogee had before drawn vigorously from smartphone designs of different brands too. Like, when Xiaomi launched the Mi Mix in 2016, Doogee was the first to duplicate that plan and propelled its own particular Mix series.
