Apple is all set to conduct its Worldwide Developer Conference today on the 7th of June.

The WWDC is going to be a virtual event because of the coronavirus pandemic and will begin at 10:30pm IST.

At this event, Apple is expected to introduce iOS 15, watchOS 8 and a new MacBook Pro.

The CEO Tim Cook is likely to take the stage and address the audiences.

The WWDC is a software-oriented event and just like every year we are expecting Apple to introduce some major software updates and releases for its operating systems, ‘iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS’.

The WWDC 2021 is a five day event from 7th to 11th June.

What are the timings and where can you watch this online event? 

Apple’s WWDC 2021 event will begin at 10:30pm IST and will be live streamed from Apple’s campus in California. It is expected to be a two hours long event.

What can you expect from the event? 

Apple is expected to make numerous announcements at this event.

The major announcement expected to happen at the event is the introduction of iOS 15. Introduction to other software related updates and releases are also expected at the same time.

Apple is also expected to launch its new MacBook Pro at this virtual event.

Software updates expected: 

iOS 15

Apple is expected to bring certain changes in the features of iOS 15, one of which is expected to be an update in managing the notifications.

Users will be able to customize their notifications according to their preferences.

Another update by Apple is to bring about changes in iMessage and make it more user friendly. Apple is also expected to improve the privacy features for iOS 15.

macOS 12

Apple is expected to bring improvements in the macOS 12 for all the MacBook and Mac users. Not major but a few software updates for easy accessibility.

iPadOS 15

Apple at WWDC is expected to make announcements regarding the changes in the iPadOS 15 homescreen settings which will bring better alignment options and more.

For this update, Apple is also expected to take the iPad Pro users into consideration.

watchOS 8

At the event, watchOS 8 is expected to be launched for all the Apple watch users.

Apple is expected to bring changes regarding the fitness tracking and some other features for better user experience.

At WWDC, Apple may announce various other updates and new versions of watchOS 8, tvOS 15 and macOS 12.

Along with this, Apple is also expected to surprise the audiences with a new MacBook Pro launch and maybe some other product launches and updates too.
