After launching the flagship Mi 6 smartphone, Xiaomi came up with Mi 5X smartphone. Though, the device was launched as MiA1 outside China with stock Android instead of indigenously developed MIUI. Now, the latest leaks from the brand hint at the upcoming Mi 6X smartphone. However, there’s no official confirmation from the company about the Mi 6X smartphone.
The leaked images of the device along with TPU case shows that the device will sport dual camera setup on the rear along with a circular fingerprint sensor. The camera setup on the upcoming Mi 6X resembles the Apple iPhone X. However, there are quite a few Android smartphones like Sharp Aquos S2 with the similar looking back design.
At the front, the picture shows that it’ll come up with an edge-to-edge 18:9 display with rounded corners. The volume rocker and power buttons are placed on the right edge of the device. Last year’s Xiaomi Redmi 5X came with a metal body with 12MP dual rear cameras. It has a 5.5-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
It is powered by Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor and has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There is a 5MP front camera and is backed by a 3,080mAh (non-removable) battery. The upcoming Mi 6X might come with a 5.9-inch Full HD+ display. And, we expect the device to pack Snapdragon 660 or 630 octa-core processor. Stay tuned on The Unbiased Review for more updates!
