Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2018 is started in Las Vegas and we have so many updates. Today, Sony revealed three new latest Xperia smartphones. These are similar devices which were leaked a week ago by Evan Blass. As of now, Sony hasn’t revealed the prices of these three devices. However, the gadgets are said to be available later this month. Sony keeps on utilizing the Omnibalance plan and 16:9 aspect proportion. The Sony Xperia XA2 smartphones keep running on the most recent Android 8.0 Oreo out of the crate.
Sony Xperia XA2
The Sony Xperia XA2 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by Snapdragon 630 octa-core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz and with Adreno 508 GPU. There is 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The capacity can be further expandable up to 256GB by means of a MicroSD card. Going to the cameras, there is a 23MP camera on the back with f/2.0 aperture, Hybrid Auto-Focus, and 84-degree wide-angle lens.
For selfies, there is a 8MP front facing camera with f/2.4 aperture and 120-degree wide-angle lens. The power button, volume rocker, and a shutter button are set on the right edge. It measures 142 x 70 x 9.7 mm and weighs 171 grams.
Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra
The Xperia XA2 Ultra looks precisely like Xperia XA2, but with a quite large 6-inch Full HD screen. In has Snapdragon 630 combined with Adreno 508 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It comes in 32GB and 64GB capacity variants and incorporates a MicroSD card slot for further expansion. On the connectivity front, both the Xperia XA2 and Xperia XA2 Ultra offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS, NFC, 3.5mm sound jack, and a USB Type-C port.
While the 23MP back camera stays same as on the XA2 , there is a dual camera setup on the front. There is a 16MP main camera with OIS and a 8MP secondary camera with wide-angle lens. This smartphone packs with a greater 3,580mAh battery.
Sony Xperia L2
The Xperia L2 packs less powerful specifications as compared to the above mentioned smartphones. The 5.5-inch display on this device offers just HD (1280 x 720 Pixels) resolution. It incorporates a MediaTek MT6737T quad-center processor combined with Mali-T720 GPU. It offers 3GB RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. Rather than the most recent Android Oreo, the Xperia L2 keeps running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The gadget bolsters double SIM dual standby and comes with rear facing fingerprint sensor.
At the Optics, the Xperia L2 incorporates a 13MP back camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 8MP forward looking camera with f/2.4 aperture and a 120-degree wide-angle lens. The smartphone is kept fueled by a 3,300mAh battery but lacks Qualcomm Quick Charge support.
