Samsung’s indigenously developed Exynos Processor is primarily used in Indian market. Though they are not that good but Samsung somehow managed to sell them in the market. Now Samsung has added a new mid-range chipset named Exynos 7904 in the series. According to the South Korean Giant, the new chipset will bring high-end features to the midrange segment. The chipset is expected to make a debut with Galaxy M20 and M30 smartphones which are said to be launched on January 28th.
The Exynos 7904 will have eight total cores and it is built on 14nm process. Furthermore, it will feature two high performance of 1.8GHz Cortex-A73 cores aided with a sixteen of 1.6GHz Cortex-A53 cores which are mainly made for power efficiency. The new chipset will be having a Cat. 12 LTE modem with 3 carrier aggregation that supports downlink speeds of up to 600Mbps.
It will also support triple camera or a single camera setup up to 32MP and Full HD+ Display resolution. The company also promises excellent multimedia performance, fast mobile connection, seamless multitasking, and swift web surfing. It will also be supporting 1080p videos at 120fps and 4k at 30fps.
