After seeing Moto Edge 20 and Moto Edge 20 Pro on TENAA, it was confirmed that it soon will have launch. Now as per company, the launch date of Motorola Edge 20 and 20 Pro is 5 August 2021. While the company has only confirmed the date, the name of the model is yet surprise. But looking at poster, one can think of proper camera model which means Edge 20 series is on its way.
Another site the confirm the launch of Edge 20 series is Geek bench with model number XT2143-1, assumed to be Edge 20 and Thai NTBC website with model number XT2153-1 Pro, assumed to be Edge 20 Pro. Both these websites confirm the launch of Moto Edge 20 series.
Edge 20 model is believed to have a “berlin” motherboard, and is code name for Snapdragon 778G chipset. It will run Android 11 and may have 8GB RAM, which will be an option.
Talking about Edge 20 Pro, only one specification is confirmed beside its name on NTBC. It will surely have 5G capabilities in it.
The series of Moto Edge 20 series is expected to have three devices i.e., Lite, Vanilla and lastly Pro. But for America, there will be slight changes. There will be different version and will also have different specs sheet. It is also believed to have a total of 4 devices lined up and ready to launch.
