With four smartphones in Huawei’s Nova 8 series, the fifth is added by the company today. Nova 8 5G, Nova 8 Pro 4G, Nova 8 Pro 5G and Nova 8 SE, here comes the new one – Nova 8i.
Nova 8i has 6.67” Full HD+ LCD and is “Edgeless Display” according to Huawei. It is also surrounded by 1.3mm bezels on both side and 1.35mm bezel on the top.
The screen of Nova 8i has pill shaped cut out in upper left corner with 16MP front camera. There is quad camera at back in a circular island. Which includes 64MP as primary, 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP as macro and 2MP sensor units.
The back cover of Nova 8i has 4D display which will help in ultra-smooth touch. And is also precision round edges.
The Huawei Nova 8i also has Snapdragon 662 SOC. It also has Android 10 with EMUI 11 on top. The Nova 8i is characterized by a side mounted fingerprint reader.
Talking about storage of Nova 8i, it has 6GB/8GB RAM with 128GB of storage. The battery of same is 4,300 mAh. This means 60% flat in 17 minutes and fully charge in 38 minutes with 66W charger.
Nova 8i is available in Moonlight Silver, Interstellar Blue and Starry Black colors.
Nova 8i is up for pre- order in Malaysia for MYR 1,299 via online store.
