Computex 2021, one of the biggest technology and computer shows in the world is going to be conducted this year in June.
Computex 2021 was initially planned to be an in-person show this year but due to the increasing number of covid patients, this event is going to be held virtually.
Usually this event is conducted in the first week of June, however this year is it said to go on for the entire June month.
Last year because of the pandemic this global event was initially postponed and was scheduled to happen in September, however eventually it got cancelled and this event did not take place last year.
Computex 2021 is going to live stream on the event’s official website.
Many companies including AMD, Intel, Nvidia are expected to make multiple announcements related to their new products at the event- Computex 2021.
Intel
Recently, Intel launched the 11th Generation Core “Rocket Lake-S” desktop CPU line and the “Tiger Lake” 11th Generation mobile processors for thin laptops along with its high performance Tiger Lake-H power-user CPUs.
Intel is expected to launch a new HEDT/Core X-Series entries or some update regarding its discrete-graphics technology.
With so many announcements already being teased, what more can Intel come up with?
Nvidia:
Nvidia is expected to launch its GeForce RTX 3080 Ti card which it has already started teasing through its own Twitter account.
At the event we expect to see the Ti versions of the current-gen GeForce RTX 30-Series “Ampere” cards.
Nvidia is expected to give some information on AI, automotive and machine learning along with the RTX 3070 Ti and other versions of existing RTX cards with different memory speed or amount.
AMD
AMD has improved drastically over the years giving competition to Intel in terms of its desktop and laptop processors.
The latest processors of AMD are based on the brand’s Zen-3 architecture and an advanced Zen-4 architecture is expected to launch later in time, as of now expecting an update on the AMD Zen-4 tech.
AMD is also expected to launch new APUs. Some more expected launches include RX 6000 series graphic cards with RDNA 2 or even the new Ryzen high-end Threadripper chips.
Many more announcements, updates and launches are expected to take place throughout the global event.
